SUSTAINABLE KITCHEN AGAINST FOOD WASTE was a project in the context of the BY DESIGN OR BY DISASTER and the SUSTAINABILITY FESTIVAL at Free University of Bolzano. During three days we prepared lunch for the participants of the festivals' urban gardening workshop, using only food which would have been thrown away and which was given to us in form of food-donations.
